A WORD FOR YOUR DAY! [Pastor Anita]

According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust (1 Timothy 1:11). The Gospel of Jesus Christ has been committed to your trust. Your ultimate desire in life should be to impact your world with the Gospel. Irrespective of race, status or location, everyone needs Jesus. Therefore, your life's goal should be to make the Gospel known to all men, especially those in your sphere of contact. It doesn't matter what need or problems a man might have, his solution is the Gospel. Everyone needs Christ. Devote your time, efforts, and resources to the furtherance of the Gospel.

Some people, however, don't think this is important, so they're not committed to the spread of the Gospel. God has committed to you the ministry of reconciliation; not only did He call you into the fellowship of His Son Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:9), He's also called you to partner with Him in soul winning (John 20:21). To be effective as a soul winner, you must see beyond every limitation and refuse anything obstructing your view in this great responsibility. It's your purpose for being. Ensure that the Kingdom is advancing through you, because that's your primary responsibility. It's God's desire that every one of His children be actively involved in the expansion of His Kingdom.

Don't be like some people who, the more the Lord blesses them, the less committed they are to the publishing of the Gospel. Let your passion for the Lord motivates you to express and manifest the love and compassion of Christ to the hurting and dying in our world. There's so much more you can do to ensure God's Word prevails in your city, region or country, and the world. Brace yourself for the challenge because the field of the world is ripe and indeed ready for a plenteous harvest: "Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38).
